RALSTON DESIGN LTD is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. When you make an enquiry or complete a client design-direction exercise, we collect the details you provide, the project information and the page address that led to the form.

How we use it

We use this information to reply, understand the work you are considering, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting business relationship. We do so to take steps at your request before entering a contract and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business.

Who handles it

We do not sell personal information. It may be processed by the service providers that run our website and business email, including Cloudflare, Resend and Google Workspace, solely so they can provide those services.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations. The exact period depends on whether the enquiry becomes a client project.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or erase your information, or object to or restrict certain uses of it. Email privacy@ralston.design. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
